The Resolution Foundation, in partnership with a group of leading impact organisations, has created a £1.3million fund to back start-ups with the mission of improving the prospects of workers at the sharp end of the labour market. But what is the potential of technology to increase the pay, progression and power of workers in the post-Covid jobs market? What role is there for social investment? And what challenges need to be overcome?
