Tony Wilson is Policy Director at the Centre for Economic and Social Inclusion. He leads Inclusion’s policy work, including recent work on low pay and progression, and has particular expertise in the design and delivery of employment and skills programmes; youth employment and welfare reform. Prior to joining Inclusion Tony led on employment policy at HM Treasury, and before that held a range of roles in the Department for Work and Pensions and Jobcentre Plus.
