Former Resolution Foundation staff member

Molly worksed at the Resolution Foundation from February 2022 to October 2025. Her work focuses on intergenerational fairness and wealth inequality. Before joining the Foundation, Molly worked at an economic consultancy where she provided research, analysis, and advice on local economic development and innovation policy. Molly has a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
