Principal Economist
Nye joined the Resolution Foundation in 2018. His work covers the labour market, with a focus on low paid workers.
Adam joined the Resolution Foundation in May 2014, and his writing and analysis focus on tax and welfare, the labour market and fiscal policy.

Jayne joined the Foundation in 2008 and has responsibility for resources and internal operations, including finance, HR and governance.
Senior Economist
Emily joined the Resolution Foundation in March 2022. Her research covers productivity, trade and energy, and the intersection with living standards.
Sophie joined the Resolution Foundation in 2021, focusing on Brexit, trade policy and intergenerational issues. Prior to this she worked at the Department for International Trade, leading analysis to support the negotiation of new free trade agreements.
Executive Assistant
Pierrette joined the Resolution Foundation as a Team Executive Assistant in 2023. Previously, she held various policy and operational roles in the Civil Service.
Director of Communications
Rob joined the Resolution Foundation in September 2014 as Director of Communications. Previously he was Senior Campaigns and Communications Officer at the Trades Union Congress.
Alessia joined the Resolution Foundation in September 2024 and supports on events as well as publications and digital content.
Research Director
Lindsay joined the Resolution Foundation in February 2016. She oversees the organisation’s work on a range of issues including social security, housing, the bottom end of the labour market and lived experience.
Executive Chair
Gavin is a media commentator on economics and public policy. He established and oversees the Foundation’s pioneering support of innovative ventures that practically improve living standards, as well as covering a wide range of issues spanning economic policy, public services and social mobility.
Zachary joined the Resolution Foundation in June 2024 to work on Net zero and environmental policy. He previously spent two years at environmental consultancy eftec.
Jonny joined the Resolution Foundation in July 2021 to lead its work on Net Zero. He was previously employed at a climate change think tank, in financial services and in academia.
Resources Manager
Sharmina is the Foundation's Resources Manager, working with the Director of Resources.
Director of Ventures
Louise joined the Resolution Foundation in 2020 and works on Resolution Ventures, the social investment activities of the Foundation, with a focus on worker tech and financial health and resilience.
Charlie joined the Resolution Foundation as a Researcher in February 2019. His work focuses on economic geography, labour markets and living standards.

Aish joined the Resolution Foundation team in August 2024 as Ventures Manager for Resolution Ventures
Louise joined the Resolution Foundation in December 2021, and her work focuses on the labour market, youth employment, and disability and health.
Felicia joined the Resolution Foundation as an Economist in 2021, focusing on housing. Previously she worked in the civil service on a range of policy areas including housing markets, environmental economics and local government finance.
Angelica joined the Resolution Foundation in June 2024 and assists on publications, digital content and website management.
Cara joined RF in January 2023 to focus on housing, having previously worked at the Foundation from 2019 - 2021
Simon joined the Resolution Foundation in February 2023. His work focuses on wealth inequality and macroeconomic policy.
Hannah joined the Resolution Foundation as an Economic Analyst in September 2019, focusing on labour markets. Previously she spent three years in the civil service working on a variety of social and economic policy issues.
James joined the Foundation as Research Director in October 2018. His work focuses on wealth, debt and housing as well as leading the Foundation’s work on macro policy.
Greg is a Research Director at the Resolution Foundation, and an Associate Professor in the University of Nottingham’s School of Economics
Lalitha joined the Foundation in April 2021. Her work focuses on living standards, poverty, inequality and welfare. Before joining the Foundation, she worked at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
Finance Manager
Susan Joined the Resolution Foundation in June 2022 as a Finance Manager, working closely with the Director of Resources and Director of Ventures. Previously she spent several years in Finance.
President
The Rt Hon. Lord Willetts FRS is the President of the Resolution Foundation. He served as the Member of Parliament for Havant (1992-2015), as Minister for Universities and Science (2010-2014) and previously worked at HM Treasury and the No. 10 Policy Unit.
