About us

Information for job applicants

The Foundation uses the BeApplied hiring platform for all our roles as it is designed to eliminate unconscious bias in the recruitment process and candidates are given the opportunity to showcase their skills instead of focusing on qualifications and experience. For more information about the platform please visit their website.

As part of our commitment to increasing diversity within both our own workforce and the economic policy making sector in general, we offer candidates with disabilities, who meet the minimum requirements of the job description, the option to opt in to a guaranteed interview scheme.

We also offer pre-application workshops for our junior roles to candidates from black, Asian and other minority ethnic backgrounds, to find out more in advance about the sector, the application process, and what it’s like to work for the Foundation as a member of the research team.

For more information about what it is like to work at the Foundation, please download our recruitment brochure.

For more information about working in the think-tank sector, visit our FAQs page.
